A bicornuate uterus is a congenital abnormality that results from the incomplete lateral fusion of two müllerian ducts. The WHO eligibility criteria for contraceptive use, states use intrauterine devices (IUCDs) contraindicated women with uterine abnormalities. However, in most cases, presence not known at time IUCD insertion. We herein report case 41-year-old woman who had an situ left horn and live pregnancy right horn. aim this to highlight important role ultrasound imaging can play diagnosis abnormalities patients using IUCDs. Furthermore, also discusses techniques diagnostician adopt optimize diagnosis.
